p.s. Hope your migraine has gone.
Here's a tip.
Right hand press palm against the bottom back of your head.
Left head press palm onto your forehead.
Press both hands, slightly squeezing your head in between them.
I've never had migraine, but found the above effective with the rare headache.-

Thanks, but I have tried that to no avail. I've tried everything in fact bar taking a chainsaw and lopping my head off. Even reiki is powerless!
There are drugs on the market but you really have to time it right or you just chuck them back up again.
I'm afraid the pain of migraine, much like childbirth I should think, is one of those things you just can't imagine until you've been unlucky enough to experience it.-

That sounds horrific. My friend, Ann gets them regularly about once a month and she has to take to her bed. She was started on beta-blockers which helped her a bit. Like you, she got the sickness as well.
It must be awful, hope you find something that helps. -
